The Brooklyn federal judge handling multidistrict litigation over Visa and
Mastercard merchant fees on Monday suggested that a case alleging the
credit card companies had agreements with Apple that violated antitrust law
should be sent back to Illinois federal court, saying the facts in the case
are not similar enough.
