A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday rejected a bid from prosecutors to
get access to communications between convicted, and later pardoned,
fraudster Eliyahu Weinstein and an Israeli attorney who admitted to
participating in an alleged Ponzi scheme, ruling it is too early for the
court to determine if the information is privileged.
