A California federal judge was asked to keep alive a lawsuit alleging that
through its problematic sales practices, Wells Fargo played a supporting
role in two "free trial" marketing scams that pulled $200 million from
consumers, with the plaintiffs arguing evidence shows Wells Fargo knew
about the alleged fraud.
