Survivors of Hamas' Oct. 7 attack in Israel have told a New York federal
judge that Binance should be held accountable for allegedly funding
terrorist activity since they say the cryptocurrency exchange was created
as an "illicit financial tool" that operated without adequate compliance
controls to knowingly provide criminal customers with access to funds.
