Berkshire Hathaway-owned utility PacifiCorp is facing allegations from
plaintiffs firms that it "colluded" with a trio of other law firms to reach
a "paltry" $178 million settlement with survivors of deadly Oregon
wildfires allegedly sparked by the utility's equipment, according to a
filing in Oregon state court.
