The Second Circuit on Tuesday upheld a district court's rejection of claims
of journalistic privilege by Project Veritas' founder and two others at the
activist group as they sought to shield documents seized under search
warrants in connection with the stolen diary of President Joe Biden's
daughter Ashley Biden.
