A California federal judge has rejected Intuit's bid to toss a former
employee's proposed class action claiming the company improperly used money
from forfeited, nonvested accounts to reduce its own 401(k) matching
contributions, but the judge trimmed claims the plaintiff agreed to drop
related to the plan's administrative committee.
