A Texas mediation service that named itself after BigLaw behemoth Lewis
Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and told the firm to "come and take it" has
infringed Lewis Brisbois' trademark and must pay its attorney fees from the
bitter suit, which racked up over 300 docket entries in under two years, a
Texas federal judge has ruled.
