Prosecutors will not oppose Donald Trump's request to delay sentencing in
his New York hush money case, currently set for next month, while he seeks
to dismiss his conviction in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's presidential
immunity ruling, agreeing that an immediate appeal may upend the
proceedings anyway.
