Fifteen passengers can no longer pursue claims against American Airlines
and regional carriers for negligently allowing a worker to tap into their
private information so he could fuel a monthslong harassment campaign, a
Connecticut federal judge ruled, saying the plaintiffs failed to meet a
filing deadline.
