One of the last remaining defendants in Flint water crisis litigation urged
a Michigan federal judge to exclude from an upcoming bellwether trial
evidence about its public relations efforts, which included an alleged
smear campaign against the lawyer for Flint children that led to another
attorney getting referred to the California bar.
