The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday announced a $3
million collective settlement with seven public companies, including
TransUnion and Acadia Healthcare Co. Inc., to resolve claims that those
companies used employment, separation and other agreements to impede
whistleblowers from reporting potential misconduct to the SEC.
