The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has ordered Wells Fargo
Clearing Services to pay roughly $3 million to settle allegations that the
firm failed to adequately supervise how its registered representatives were
selling certain securities that are subject to potential abuse because of
the concessions they pay.
