U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissioners Mark Uyeda and Hester Peirce
have objected to the agency's recent decision to hand out a total of $122
million in two awards to four whistleblowers and issued a statement taking
issue with the regulator's policy of saying little to nothing about why the
rewards are issued.
