Nearly two dozen Republican state attorneys general are urging the Ninth
Circuit to scrap a data privacy deal that requires Google to pay $62
million to plaintiffs' counsel and third-party organizations but gives no
money to individual class members, arguing that consumers aren't adequately
benefiting from the settlement.
