The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and New York's attorney general
secured a partial win in its suit over the head of a debt collection
company's allegedly fraudulent transfer of a million-dollar property to his
family members, with a New York federal judge ruling that they are only
entitled to the daughter's share of the property's escrow proceeds.
