Former Seton Hall University President Joseph E. Nyre has asked a New
Jersey federal judge to toss gross negligence and fraudulent concealment
claims brought by the estate of a student who died from epilepsy in
mandatory isolation in her dorm room after testing positive for COVID-19,
arguing both claims are time-barred.
