Two Colorado attorneys who worked as prosecutors in the failed high-profile
prosecution of a man charged with murdering his wife have agreed to public
censure as discipline for their roles in the botched proceeding that led to
a recent opinion disbarring the elected district attorney who oversaw the
case.
