An insurer seeking to collect on a $524 million arbitration award against
insurance mogul Greg Lindberg told a North Carolina appeals court that in
order to avoid a court-appointed receiver taking control of his assets,
he's filed a "baseless" appeal arguing the state's courts lack jurisdiction
over him.
