An Eleventh Circuit panel has reversed and remanded a lower court's ruling
that a Tampa-based consumer collection company cannot compel arbitration in
a bid seeking payment on a tribally owned firm's loans, arguing provisions
of the agreements require such proceedings under tribal and federal law.
