Legal experts told Law360 that concerns about sunk cost and the possibility
of defendants claiming double jeopardy may be the reasons why Young Thug's
long and troubled racketeering trial has continued in Georgia despite more
than 40 mistrial motions filed by defendants arguing prosecutorial
