Three nonprofits dismissed their Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement seeking records related to
unnecessary and "nonconsensual" gynecological procedures performed on
immigrant detainees at an ICE detention center in Georgia, according to a
notice filed Wednesday in D.C. federal court.
