Interactive Brokers LLC has agreed to a $475,000 fine from the Financial
Industry Regulatory Authority to resolve alleged issues with its trading
algorithm that resulted in the firm returning borrowed shares to customers
when it should not have and for allegedly allowing an unregistered person
to work on the algorithm's software development.
