Two former Georgia poll workers seeking to collect a $148 million
defamation judgment against disgraced ex-lawyer Rudy Giuliani argued this
week that the former New York City mayor has admitted he was not living in
his luxury Florida condo around the time they filed a lien on it, and thus
cannot prevent a sale of the property.
