California labor law doesn't shield OpenAI from producing CEO Sam Altman's
and President Greg Brockman's texts and social media messages relevant to a
copyright infringement lawsuit, authors alleging OpenAI and Microsoft
illegally used their copyrighted works to train artificial intelligence
program ChatGPT have told a New York federal judge.
