Delta Air Lines on Friday pressed a Georgia federal court to throw out
CrowdStrike's declaratory judgment action against it, arguing that it's
merely a "transparent attempt" to avoid the airline's own state court suit
blaming the cybersecurity firm for the July outage that crashed millions of
computers worldwide.
