The newspapers suing OpenAI and Microsoft Corp. over allegedly using
copyright-protected news stories to train ChatGPT say they now have a
"fundamental disagreement" with the tech companies "about who is
responsible" for identifying which of their news stories were allegedly
used by the artificial intelligence software.
