Indicted Garden State power broker George E. Norcross III and his attorney
brother have urged a New Jersey state judge to toss the civil racketeering
suit brought against them by a Philadelphia developer, arguing that the
developer's claims are time-barred and should have been filed in previously
litigated and resolved actions.
