Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and Kanner & Pintaluga PA are facing
a proposed class action in Houston, where former clients accuse the two of
conspiracy and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act
violations because the insurer allegedly shared crash victims' private
information with the law firm in violation of state and federal statutes.
