Lack of precedent is not reason enough to allow a Florida lawyer to reduce
his one-year suspension for a "punitive" fee hike, the Florida Bar told the
state's high court, arguing that the court's initial reasoning for the
discipline was sound and that the lawyer's motion for a rehearing
misrepresented some of the facts.
