A New York federal judge has freed a visual arts licensing organization
from an art publisher's lawsuit accusing it of falsely claiming copyright
ownership to late artist Robert Indiana's iconic "LOVE" image and scheming
to fraudulently sell licenses for it, saying the publisher's claims didn't
pass muster.
