By Al Barbarino Comtech Telecommunications Corp. said Monday it has reached an "amicable resolution" with an investor group that includes two former CEOs who had sought a board shake-up, agreeing to the appointment of two new directors and the withdrawal of the CEOs' proposed full slate of directors.
