A Connecticut federal judge has illuminated a potential path for an
expelled Yale student to send his sex assault accuser's name to immigration
officials, suggesting that submitting a state trial transcript would "not
seem to run afoul" of a magistrate judge's ban on otherwise naming the
woman.
