Susman Godfrey LLP should be denied fees for representing objectors to a
$147.5 million global settlement of a life insurance proposed class action
in Connecticut, class counsel has argued, saying the firm sought to
"impede" rather than secure the deal and only rode class counsel's
"coattails."
