A special master's ruling that internal audit records from Express Scripts
Inc. are not protected by attorney-client privilege should be overturned
because it contradicts nearly 40 years of U.S. Supreme Court precedent, the
pharmacy benefit manager told an Ohio federal court overseeing
multidistrict opioid litigation.
