An attorney defending computing company Hyundai Technology in its trademark
dispute with Hyundai Motor Co. told a California federal judge Monday that
O'Melveny & Myers LLP should be disqualified from representing the
automotive giant because it retained and used a privileged document that
was inadvertently shared in discovery.
