Even though a Pennsylvania jury had found that Local Yokels Fudge and
Christopher Warman's ex-wife had copied his secret "Chocolate Moonshine"
fudge recipe, the defendants want Warman to pay some of their legal bills
because they say he made frivolous trademark claims and falsely claimed
they were still using the recipe after the 2023 trial.
