The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network has alerted companies that they do
not currently need to file so-called beneficial ownership information with
the agency after a federal judge's nationwide preliminary injunction
blocking the Corporate Transparency Act, though the bureau maintained that
the law calling for such information is constitutional.
