A New Jersey federal judge has ordered the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission to recalculate its $23 million bid for disgorgement in a
long-running suit against a sports memorabilia merchant found liable at
trial last year for ripping off investors, in part by lying about the value
of two contracts signed by baseball legend Jackie Robinson.
