Rep. Pat Fallon, R-Texas, introduced a bill Tuesday that would prohibit the
U.S. secretary of defense from entering into information
technology contracts with companies with certain ties to China, saying
cyberattacks have highlighted the vulnerability of the country's defense
and IT systems to foreign interference.
