Three U.S. Supreme Court justices on Monday signaled their willingness to
delve into an appeal from a Hawaii man who argues that he is being
unconstitutionally prosecuted for owning a handgun without a license,
though they agreed with the rest of the court that they don't currently
have jurisdiction to hear it.
