A Canadian national was sentenced to 40 months in prison Wednesday in New
York federal court for his involvement in a scheme to smuggle dual-use
electronics components from U.S. manufacturers to sanctioned entities in
Russia, some of which were later found in seized Russian weapons in Ukraine.
