DraftKings Inc. wants a New York federal judge to toss a "fundamentally
flawed" suit that accuses the company of disclosing customer information to
third parties for targeted advertising, arguing the plaintiff is attempting
to expand the Video Privacy Protection Act beyond its intended purpose.
