greg has something that moderates things that are "administrivia" and this triggered it "administrivia" used to mean things to do with the functioning of running a mailing list that could distract from topics of conversation, i think, kinda but i also thought greg was saying humbly they weren't as important as other cypherpunks which can't possibly be true but it was also normal to have extreme humility in these coder groups which were extremely competitive, things you'd need to be a genius with multiple degrees to do in a normal manner would get shot down immediately but nobody's posting but my crazy spam and occasional fhings that look similat in vein anymore :s
