I've used Scramdisk on several W95 PCs for a year now, because PGP didn't
include a disk encryptor in earlier versions. Scramdisk works great,
easy to understand GUI, and includes secure wiping. Source is available.
On my laptop, I have Eudora on the encrypted virtual drive, which protects
my email addresses list and plaintext email against physical theft.

Disk encryptors are easier to learn than PGP. If your machine dies
you don't want some repairman reading your disk. Remind your friends.
