     Answers

     1. What makes HavenCo the best secure colocation facility?

Unsurpassed physical security from the world, including
government
subpoenas and search and seizures of equipment and data.
Redundancy and Reliability Quality - 3 milliseconds from The
City of
London. Tamper resistance Our standard machines come with
encrypted disk for user data partitions. We will deploy FIPS
140-1 Level
4 coprocessors, the highest security anyone has ever achieved,
and
         offsite unlock codes.

     2. Can I visit the colocation facilities or the Sealand fortress?

As a rule, no. Access to the HavenCo secure colocation
facilities, which
comprises nearly all of the Principality of Sealand, is
restricted to
authorized staff, investors and members of the Royal Family.
The
remainder of the fortress is dedicated to Sealand Security and
staff
housing. Occasionally, we invite members of the press to our
facilities
under close supervision and with proper background
investigation. If you
would like to visit the HavenCo facilities on Sealand as a
member of the
press, please email the Marcom Department. If you have a
genuine
interest in becoming a staff member or investor, please contact
the
Security or Investor Relations departments respectively.

     3. Does the Government of Sealand have any reporting requirements
for
     HavenCo customers?

No. You are free to operate any type of business within the
limits of our
Acceptable Use Policy without officially registering for that
type of
business. You may operate openly, pseudonymously or
anonymously.

     4. I want to buy a machine in your colocation facility and use it
for spam. Is
     this allowed?

No. We have very few limitations of the nature of business our
customers
are allowed to conduct. All of our contracts give HavenCo the
right to
cancel at will if the customer's web site or service is
endangering our
access to Internet connectivity, reasons for which spam is
typically #1.
Our advanced technical anti-spam and anti-attack techniques
will
prevent all customers from using our services for this purpose,
and we
will respond promptly to any complaints of spam.

     5. Why won't you let me ship you a machine I already own?

Maintaining the physical security of the Sealand fortress and
HavenCo
facility is of utmost importance to our success. Our business,
personal
reputations and financial bottom line, and that of all our
customers, could
be compromised in the event that a careless or malicious entity
were to
ship equipment to us that was altered to include a bomb or
eavesdropping device. We don't like these precautions any more
than
you do, but this is the reality that we face in an increasily
hostile world.

     6. What happens if I cancel my contract. Will you send me my
paid-for
     machine?

In the event of contract termination, all rented data space
will be
overwritten multiple times to insure that the customer's data
is non
recoverable. The customer may choose one of three options at
the
beginning of the contract for the procedure to be followed for
customer
owned equipment in the event of contract termination:

1.All customer owned hardware will be physically destroyed.
2.Only customer owned data storage hardware (Disk and memory)

will be destroyed. Non data storage hardware will be
shipped to
the customer at a previously specified address.
3.All customer owned hardware will be shipped to the customer
at a
             previously specified addresses.

     7. Arent you just trying to undermine the authority of the worlds
major
     governments?

No. We believe strongly in unfettered individual freedom,
particularly in
the area of electronic communications that the G8 and
specifically
France have recently come out against in their 13 May
closed-door
meetings. Free comunication can never be a crime, and by itself
can
never hurt anyone. Criminal acts should be pursued at the point
where
the act takes place, not on the common carriers that enable all

individuals to do business freely, such as telephone and
Internet
infrastructure providers, road and transportation departments
and even
water and power companies for providing these essential
services. The
fact that public roads may be used to transport stolen goods
does not
justify a stop and search of vehicles at every corner.

HavenCo, in conjunction with the Government of Sealand,
believes in the
Philosophy of Contract Autonomy, as opposed to the Philosophy
of
Regulation. Our belief is that individuals and groups engaging
in
unsavory activities will be publicly admonished in a world
where
communications are free. This includes distasteful actions by
governments, corporations, organizations as well as
individuals.

We believe in the right of privacy, including the right to be
left alone. We
believe that individual freedom of communications, a central
tenet in the
United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and the
constitutions of
many nations, means being able to communicate with and ONLY
with
whomever you choose. This is why we support pseudonymity,
anonymity
and the unrestricted use of encryption techniques and tools for
all.

     8. Will you be publicly audited?

Yes. Pricing is not the only thing we are up-front about! As we
go live, we
will be making detailed records of our operations public. We
have
nothing to hide, except the identity of our customers!

     9. Will you be expanding your secure colocation and datacenter
services to
     other jurisdictions?

Yes! We have a number of parties who have already expressed
this
interest. We are dedicated to the success of our first facility
on the
Principality of Sealand. After we are convinced of its
continued success,
we will actively pursue other jurisdictions. If you feel you
are in a position
to authorize this type of project in your country, please
contact our
         Governmental Liaison.
