What about people in the alleged Romania who speak other languages *only*?
What about those who allegedly speak Romanian, but nobody I know could
understand what they say?

:) Yeah, I forgot that there are lots of Romanians in all the neighbouring
countries.

Well, Transylvania is claimed by Hungary sometimes, both we and Ukraine
claim Bucovina, and we also claim the russian Moldavia. I think that things
aren't as easy as they seem...
