CONCORD, N.H. (AP) Failing to register for the draft could mean giving up the right to drive for men in New Hampshire if a Senate bill becomes law. Linking the driving privilege to registering with the Selective Service System is needed to gain greater compliance from the 18- to 26-year-old men required by federal law to register, witnesses told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.
