Jomini? Who is talking about Jomini? Choate? (!) He actually saw the enemy and fought him, whereas Clausewitz has questionable credentials. For irregular warfare, Jomini is better than Clausewitz, but Jomini was very pragmatic, which limits the extrapolations, I guess. > Caesar (not Ceasar) Choate is correct.
