The FTC's Rill said an emerging problem is the use of URLs that
capitalize on mistyped names to catch  Internet users in "mousetraps" --
Web sites that do not allow users to leave or that barrage them with a
flood of automatically opening windows.

 "You are stuck in a marketing trap until you basically have to shut
down your computer and start  again," Rill said.
